I was excited to check into our lovely room sold as 'ocean view,' but was disappointed to find it wasn't air-conditioned, especially at $200.00/night. The in-sink bathtub was a unique touch though.
The hotel's room was slightly smaller but very bright and quiet. Although there was no air conditioning, it made up for a comfortable stay. The service was extremely polite, cheerful, and helpful, making us feel valued. Its location was excellent, making it easy to walk to most downtown attractions. The dining experience was okay, with an average variety of items. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room had no dressers to put clothes in and lacked air conditioning, but the view facing the bay was fantastic. The service was friendly and accommodating, making me feel genuinely welcome. The location was outstanding, right in the heart of downtown.
